අන්තරායකර ඖෂධ පාලක ජාතික මණ්ඩලයේ 30 වන සංවත්සරය වෙනුවෙන් පැවැත් වු මහා අධිෂ්ඨාන පූජාව අති සාර්ථක අන්දමින් පැවැත්විණි. එහි විශේෂ අවස්ථා පහත සේයාරූ වල දැක්වේ.

Drug Free Model Village

Outreach unit of the NDDCB has started new outreach programme in the Kahapola Village at Piliyandala DN Division on 2nd of May 2012. The objectives of the programme were to build a drug free model village and provide NDDCB services to the villagers. According to the available statistical data , Kahapola village is one of the highest drug prevalence areas in the Piliyandala DN division.
The purpose of this new concept is to irradicate drug abuse from the villagers. The Chairperson of the NDDCB participated as the Chief Guest and officers from other agencies such as Sri Lanka Police, Assistant Government Agents, Grama Niladaries, Samurdhi officers, Asst .Director of Research & Outreach division of the NDDCB and Outreach staff of the NDDCB were participated for this occasion. On this occasion the Chairperson of the NDDCB addressed the school children of Kahapola Vidyalaya.

Enforcement Training Workshop for Navy Officers


We are having a unmark history of reaching the peacefull life in a peaceful country. Forces are the owner of the this great victory because they have done their job really well. So we are in the objective , preventing drugs from people using forces can be more effective
With the hope of vanishing drugs from our country with the help of the Sri Lankan Navy, an excellent drug preventive programme was held on 17th and 18th september at National Dangerous Drugs Control Board Auditorium.
Nearly 20 Navy official were participated in this programme and Preventive Education and Training Unit plans to conduct same kind of awareness programmes for the forces with the hope of empowering them in drug field.
